Level III Security Officer Certification

What you will learn:
Each person will receive the training necessary training to become a Texas level III commissioned security officer. Level 3: This is the Required Level to Be Able to Carry a Gun. This is a 45-hour class in which you must pass a written test to become certified to carry a gun. The class combines classroom time, physical instruction on handcuffing, holds and restraints, and weapon retention. It also includes handgun qualification after successful completion of the classroom portion.
The course cost is $165.00 per person. This course is a 45-hour course, which includes classroom and range qualification. Each person must have his/her own handgun and 50 rounds of ammunition.
