What you will learn:
This course introduces students to the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for owning and using your pistol safely. Students will also learn about pistol parts and operation, ammunition, gun safety, pistol shooting fundamentals, and pistol shooting activities.
This course will prepare students to take the Texas (LTC) license to carry course.
The course cost is $50.00, for three hours of classroom presentation and hands-on instruction. Participants will also receive course-related material handouts. Range instruction time can be purchased at the end of the class at a rate of $15.00 per hr. This will not include range fees or ammunition. It does include the free use of a handgun. This is a one-day course.
Rescheduling
If you cannot make your initially scheduled class, you may reschedule that class two times at no additional cost, if you have notified us within two days of the class. If you do not notify us within this time frame, your refund will not be considered. If you are still unable to make the class after two attempts to reschedule, no refund will be given.
Refund Policy
All no shows forfeit the full amount paid.
If you fail the classroom/range portions of the training, you will not be given a refund after two attempts. You may attend the course again for the full amount.
