Women’s Introductory Self-Defense

What you will learn:

1. Situational awareness
2. Types of wrist locks, how to apply and escape them.
3. Types of strikes & where to strike.
4. Pressure points
5. Types of self-defense weapons.

 

The course cost is $50.00 per person. This is a 4-hour class, that includes a PowerPoint presentation and hands-on instruction.

Rescheduling

If you cannot make your initially scheduled class, you may reschedule that class two times at no additional cost if you have notified us within 24 hours of the class. If you do not notify us within this time frame, your refund will not be considered. If you are still unable to make the class after two attempts to reschedule, no refund will be given.
